About the Program
The Connected Conversations Program is a four-week journey where we walk together with intention and care.
Each week includes:
- A 1:1 in-person Somatic Restorative Session
- At-home recordings with simple weekly practices
- A Connected Conversations Journal that aligns with the recordings and sessions
This program creates a safe space to reconnect with your body, embrace vulnerability, and cultivate self-compassion. As you move through the weeks, you may notice shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. The intention is for you to feel more resilient, grounded, authentic and connected.

What is a Somatic Restorative Session?
These sessions are a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the connection between mind and body. They are quite different from chiropractic appointments and are about 30 minutes in duration.
How much “homework” is involved?
The tasks are designed to be practical and supportive, not overwhelming. They are simple practices that can be woven into busy lives with ease.
What will I get out of the program?
The program supports greater self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of embodiment and connection with yourself and others.
